- Half Day Tours
Our half day morning and afternoon tours incorporate vineyards, stunning scenery and rich Island culture.
Aroha Tours visits the shores of Te Huruhi Bay the focal point of the Māori community (Piritahi Marae). We perform a small Maori greeting to welcome our visitors in a traditional manner.
Then we take in spectacular views of Oneroa beach, Hauraki Gulf, native bushland, Enclosure Bay, and an Onetangi beach walk and visit.
We take in just one exclusive boutique winery tasting. You’ll love the very special in depth wine tasting experience!
At our olive farm stop you’ll be able to taste the oils and see the many products for sale made from olive oil.
On our return journey we pass back through the seaside village of Oneroa the main hub of the island with its many shops, boutiques, galleries, restaurants and wine bars. Tour only guests depart here or book a lunch to the famous Cable Bay Vineyard with its magnificent views for a sumptuous “Taste of New Zealand” 2 course lunch with seasonal salads.

This magnificent full day tour offers you all the features of the half day guided tour, including the Wine Tasting PLUS it gives you time to enjoy a leisurely, delicious Taste of New Zealand winery lunch and 11⁄2 hours to explore the delights of Oneroa.
After all the morning’s activity we head for the renowned Cable Bay Vineyard. Sit back, relax, take in the magnificent views as you work your way through a superb Taste of New Zealand ‘2 course’ lunch served with seasonal sides.
Following lunch Aroha will transfer you back to the seaside village of Oneroa the main hub of the island with galleries, shops, restaurants and wine bars. We’ll provide you with all the local info and then you are free to explore at your own pace.
Your driver/guide will advise you where to meet at 3.30pm for your return to the ferry or accommodation at the end of your wanderings.
